Click JOIN (top right-hand corner)
CHOOSE ENROLLER Enter your Sponsor/Enroller's I.D. # or Username. NOTE: You can select a different BP Sponsor. If you have felt unsupported by your current PC Sponsor due to a lack of communication and support, you have the option of selecting a new Sponsor at this time.
Continue to follow the prompts.
You will be asked to create a NEW Username & Password. You will receive a NEW LifeWave ID# indicating you're now a Brand Partner.

STEP TWO

HOW TO TERMINATE YOUR PREFERRED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

CANCEL your PC Monthly Subscription Order from your PC Back Office.
Email OR phone Customer Support to terminate your PC account.

EMAIL: customerservice@lifewave.com For the Subject Heading: PC Termination. In the body of the email type: "My name is _____ and my PC ID# is _______. Please terminate my Preferred Customer account effective immediately. Thank you."
