When Should I Wear This Patch?

It is recommended that you wear the patch from the time you go to bed until you wake up in the morning.    

What Should I Feel While Wearing This Patch?

You may experience a more restful night's sleep that allows you to wake up feeling refreshed.

Dr. Norm Shealy: Study on Silent Nights

A clinical study conducted by the prominent neurosurgeon, Dr. Norm Shealy, concluded that by using Silent Nights patches, the length of sleep could be improved by a staggering 60%.  The quality of sleep was also improved.

Keep Your Bedroom Dark

You should not be able to see your hand in front of your face when you turn your light off.  Any amount of light disturbs the quality of your sleep... even a wee green light from a power bar...

Unplug

Unplugging electronics is a simple yet effective way to reduce EMF radiation in your bedroom... even a digital clock (EMF = electro magnetic frequency). Some people even turn off the WiFi in their house.
