After 12 months receive your choice of the following:
- One full-size sleeve (excluding X39 & X49)...or one Alavida Revive or one Alavida Nectar or one Alavida Creme
- A Preferred Customer has a referral link for enrolling customers. However, the Share & Earn option is only available for PC+ members.
