How to Transfer from PC  ➙  Brand Partner

How to Log-in to Your Back Office

How to Log In

Go to www.LifeWave.com

  • Click on Log In (top right-hand corner) 
  • Enter your UserName  & Password

Monthly Subscription Order

  • Change the products on your Monthly Subscription Order (then click the green Save button)
  • Order additional product(s)
  • Change the date of your Monthly Subscription Order (then click the green Save button)
  • You can delete your Monthly Subscription Order. However, if you do this you automatically revert to Retail Customer pricing. In order to return to the Preferred Customer program with the wholesale pricing, you will need to pay the $19.95 membership and create a Monthly Subscription Order.  Note: you will not be eligible for the free-sample program upon re-entry 

Your Personal Referral Link

How to find your personal referral link:

  • Go to: www.lifewave.com
  • Click Login (top right-hand corner) 
  • Enter your UserName & Password 
  • Simply copy & paste your referral link (you will see your Sponsor's name in the link followed by your ID#). Give this link to those who want to become your personal Customers. Tell them to click on BUY NOW

Brand Partner Membership Fee: $25 USD 

(one-time fee provided you order one product per year)


STEP ONE

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING

  1. Go to LifeWave.com/username 
  2. Select the country where you reside
  3. Click JOIN (top right-hand corner) 
  4. CHOOSE ENROLLER  Enter your Sponsor/Enroller's I.D. # or Username. NOTE: You can select a different BP Sponsor.  If you have felt unsupported by your current PC Sponsor due to a lack of communication and support, you have the option of selecting a new Sponsor at this time. 
  5. Continue to follow the prompts.
  6. You will be asked to create a NEW Username & Password. You will receive a NEW LifeWave ID# indicating you're now a Brand Partner.


STEP TWO

HOW TO TERMINATE YOUR PREFERRED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

  1. CANCEL your PC Monthly Subscription Order from your PC Back Office.
  2. Email OR phone Customer Support to terminate your PC account.

  • EMAIL: customerservice@lifewave.com For the Subject Heading: PC Termination. In the body of the email type: "My name is _____ and my PC ID# is _______. Please terminate my Preferred Customer account effective immediately. Thank you."
